1. Eligibility for Returns & ReplacementsReturn Window:
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Returned
Items: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included.
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless received damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:
Engraved, resized, or custom-made jewelry, as well as items returned without original documentation or packaging, cannot be accepted for return or refund.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged or Incorrect Items
To ensure transparency and expedite your claim:
Please record a clear video while opening your package.If you receive a damaged item or a piece different from what you ordered, the unboxing video is required as proof.
Upon verification,
we will arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by Padmavat Ratan.
For other returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
